Shipping & returns

Ordered that are placed before 2:00 pm Mountain time Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following day. You will be notified by email that we received your order and will send you a confirmation email once it has shipped.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. Please email [email protected] to begin the return process. Please include your order number or the name associated with the order, so we can locate your order in our system. We ask that you provide the original packaging and the item must still be in good condition for it to be returned.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may order the wrong size. Please email us at [email protected] and we will cover the shipping both ways in order to get you the correct size.
